Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will provide the following administrative services to the annual SECGC: - Reconcile contributions, pledge forms, and envelopes. - Pay expenses within the SECGCs budget from SECGC funds. - Maintain contribution database. - Provide information to State Payroll Section, Human Resources Division. - Produce and distribute weekly reports for steering committee and DOA as designed by the Steering Committee. - Produce and distribute appropriate final report to federations to include member agencies, independent agencies, steering committee, and DOA. - Obtain independent audit. - Allocate and distribute contributions to participating agencies. - Produce thank you letters with specific pledge information for each donor merge donor addresses into letters and sort per SECGC chairpersons instructions. - Present financial report at each steering committee meeting. - Assist in conducting training. - Meet with subcommittees as needed. - Provide each federation and independent group with an estimated final campaign amount by February 15th of the following year. - Notify groups in writing that did not receive contributions.
