After being selected, the successful applicant will reach an agreement with Anaconda-Deer Lodge County to provide services and/or materials to fulfill the following scope of work: To provide management of the 100LL self-serve fuel system including monitoring fuel levels, ordering fuel, regularly adjusting fuel prices to stay competitive with surrounding airports, and reviewing and reporting fuel sales. To perform basic maintenance and upkeep of the fuel and sales systems. Maintenance materials (i.e. fuel filters, printer paper, etc.) and major maintenance of the system are to be performed by ADLC. To manage the system in a responsible and profitable manner while abiding by the FAA grant assurances for maintaining a safe airport operating area. To provide regular updates to the ADLC Airport Board and airport management on the status of the fuel system.
