The project consists of the following major work items: Zone 1: Highlands Area The Zone 2 project area generally includes the area bounded by O’Malley Drive and Delphinium Drive, between 15th Street W. and Azalea Lane. The work in Zone 1 includes about 8,400 linear feet of 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch sanitary sewer main (both open cut replacement and CIPP lining the existing sewer main), manholes, service reconnections, and associated work. Zone 2: Southside Area The Zone 2 project area generally includes the area bounded by S. 36th Street and S. 26th Street between 5th Avenue S. and 7th Avenue S. The work in Zone 1 includes about 4,100 linear feet of 15-inch, 18-inch, and 21-inch sanitary sewer main (CIPP lining the existing sewer main), manholes, service reconnections, and associated work.
