1. DESRCIPTION OF WORK Work to be performed under this contract includes: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for chip sealing portions of the following streets in Butte, Montana: Ottawa Street, Continental Dr. Excelsior Ave. The bids shall include all mobilization, traffic control, 25 pounds of chips per square yard of chipping, covering of all manholes and utility box lids, spreading oil and chips by hand in tight areas as needed, sweeping the chipped street, and disposing of chips. Tabbing for the striping must be completed by the contractor. For the purpose of bidding, THE CONTRACTOR shall complete the bid sheets for each individual item by providing a lump sum amount for each particular item. The total project amount will be determined by the sum of all these individual items. BUTTE-SILVER BOW will make no partial payment for items not complete.
