Representatives of OWNER and ENGINEER will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the conference and tour of the Site. Prospective Bidders who fail to attend and register at the meeting will be disqualified from bidding for the Work. ENGINEER will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as ENGINEER considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
