Ypsilanti Community Utilities Authority (YCUA) is currently accepting sealed bids for performing incinerator emission testing and Relative Accuracy Test Audits on a Fluidized Bed Sewage Sludge Incinerator, pursuant to Air Permit #MI-ROP-B6237-2015, 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart MMMM, and the owner’s specifications.
Hereafter all correspondence shall be labeled “2019-2020 Emission Testing and Relative Accuracy Test Audits”. Sealed bids will be accepted by hard copy only until 2:00 p.m. local time on July 15, 2019 in the Wastewater Administration Office located at 2777 State Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48198 and opened thereafter.
