Summary of Specifications:
1) INTRODUCTION: Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the Wayne County Airport Authority hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit Responses to provide bond counsel and other related legal services to the Airport Authority in connection with and related to the Airport Authority‘s issuance of debt.

2) GENERAL INFORMATION: The Airport Authority has operational jurisdiction of the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (Airport) and Willow Run Airport, pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Aeronautics Code, as amended, being MCL 259.108-259.125c, as fully approved by the Federal Aviation Administration. The Airport Authority requires, and will require from time to time in the future, qualified law firms to act as bond counsel for the Airport Authority in connection with future bond sales and other related activities.
