Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Authority hereby invites law firms that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit responses to provide bond counsel and other related legal services to the Authority in connection with and related to the Authority‘s issuance of debt.

The Authority has operational jurisdiction of the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (Airport) and Willow Run Airport, pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Aeronautics Code, as amended, being MCL 259.108-259.125c, as fully approved by the Federal Aviation Administration. The Authority requires, and will require from time to time in the future, qualified law firms to act as bond counsel for the Authority in connection with future bond sales and other related activities.
