Summary of Specifications:
Responses are being solicited by the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) for the purpose of contracting for engineering, design and related services for multiple capital improvement and maintenance projects at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) and Willow Run Airport (YIP). This RFQ contains three (3) contract opportunities (herein referred to as packages). A separate Response must be submitted for each package and prospective Respondents may respond to one, two or all three of the packages. The three packages are:

Package A - Reinforced Concrete Parking Structures and Associated Facilities Package B - Surface Parking Lots, Similar Paved Facilities and Related Landside Facilities Package C - Roadways, Bridges and Landside Facilities
