Through this Solicitation for Quotes (SFQ), the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit a response to provide staff (undercover) to audit and evaluate taxi cab and luxury sedan services at the Wayne County Airport Authority’s Detroit Metropolitan Airport (Airport) for three (3) annual quarters. For the purposes of this SFQ, “shop” means an evaluation of the concessionaire’s services and automobiles (atmosphere, cleanliness, quality, professional and friendly service, etc.).
