Summary of Specifications:
The Wayne County Airport Authority is requesting quotes that will result in a purchase order (PO) for an estimated value of $12,500.00 for the purchase of miscellaneous industrial gases and welding supplies, to be ordered on an as-needed basis for Willow Run Airport for a 1-year term. The resulting PO will be awarded based on the discount/mark-up for supplies and the fixed prices (shall remain fixed for the term of the contract) used to compute the prices below. The PO will be for estimated quantities or dollars, but will not constitute any obligation or commitment for a specific amount. The Authority reserves the right to renew the resulting purchase order for one (1) additional 4-year term under the same terms and conditions.
