  The Site Tour will take place immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting. The site tour meeting location has not changed. The site tour will walk outside the terminal only and will not include walking inside the building at this time. Specifications and drawings for the building will be discussed at the Pre-Bid Meeting.

  RSVP: May 1, 2025 by Noon to purchasing.questions@wcaa.us. Please select a timeslot and provide your company name and individual attending the site tour. 2 individuals allowed per company. If you do not RSVP to the site tour you are not guaranteed to walk through the building.
  Required: PPE ( Hard Hat  Masks and Safety Shoes )  
  Timeslots: 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30 AM.
  Timeslots are selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
  Note: Site Tour will be a guided tour inside the Executive Terminal. The site tour will be in groups of 10 people every 30 minutes on May 2nd from 9 AM to Noon. The site tour will last approximately 30 minutes. Individuals attending the site tour will be required to wear PPE  hard hat Masks and safety shoes. Timeslots are selected on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not RSVP to the site tour you are not guaranteed to walk through the building. The Airport Authority will not be answering questions at the site tour. All questions must be submitted to purchasing.questions@wcaa.us. Please be on site for the site tour at least 10 minutes prior to your time slot. The Airport Authority will start the tour at your designated timeslot and will not wait for late arrivals. If you do not RSVP, you will only be allowed on the site tour, if there are open spots at any time slot. You will be allowed to take as many pictures as you want.
