NOTE: This RFQ is similar to the RFQ for Professional Engineering and Related Services for Taxiway and Apron Rehabilitation (Control No. S07-136) issued by the Airport Authority on April 10, 2007 in which all responses were rejected by the Airport Authority in June 2007. While this RFQ is similar to the previous RFQ, this solicitation (Control No. S07-211) incorporates most portions of the addendums issued with the previous solicitation (Control No. S07-136). Prospective Respondents are advised that this RFQ does NOT include the Taxiway Y-11 project. This document must be read completely and carefully and as many of the changes between the above referenced solicitations can be found in the Minimum and Preferred Qualifications (see page 7 and 8 of this RFQ), Scope of Services (see page 8 of this RFQ), Project Schedules (see pages 9 and 10 of this RFQ), and Submittal Requirements Specific to Evaluation Criteria (see pages 12 and 13 of this RFQ).
