Summary of Specifications:
The Wayne County Airport Authority (Authority) is requesting quotes for the purpose of contracting for copier maintenance repair and service agreements for Toshiba three (3) copiers owned by the Authority. The maintenance agreements for these units expired on 9/30/07. The Authority reserves the right to add additional similar copiers at comparable pricing. All of the units have been found to be in working order. The Contractor must be an authorized dealer/repair facility for the group(s) of copiers in which they are submitting responses; OR Be able to provide proof that they are able to obtain repair parts, equipment, and supplies from the manufacturer necessary to provide the requested services.
