Summary of Specifications:
Through this Solicitation for Quotes, the Wayne County Airport Authority (Authority) hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit quotes to for consulting services to prepare and file an application to establish a General Purpose Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport (Airport). The Successful Respondent (Contractor) will process the application through various stages until complete. FTZ’s are restricted-access sites in or near ports of entry, which are licensed by the Foreign Trade Zone Board and operate under the supervision of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
