Bids are being solicited for Building 723 improvements including various electrical, mechanical and select architectural improvements to the building. Improvements are needed to allow for change of building occupancy classification within the warehouse area and allow for certificate of occupancy to be obtained from the City of Romulus. The building will ultimately be utilized for WCAA staff and vehicle equipment storage in the warehouse portion of the facility. Life safety systems shall be brought up to code, as required.
