Summary of Specifications:
Proposals are being solicited for the purpose of contracting with a business to plan, design, engineer, install, test and maintain a fully functional turn-key automated vehicle identification system (AVI System) at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (Airport) that includes, but is not limited to, all equipment, hardware, conduit wiring, networking, all software and licenses, civil work, and maintenance required for an AVI System that operates continuously, twenty-four (24) hours a day, every day of the year.
