Summary of Specifications:
Responses are being solicited by the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) for the purpose of professional and related services required for certain Willow Run Airport (YIP) airfield improvement projects. It is anticipated that the contract resulting from this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will include planning, environmental, surveying, geotechnical, engineering, and construction oversight services.

Note: The scope of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is similar to that of the previously canceled solicitation number S11-224 with the same title. Please review this RFQ carefully, as several important items are different from the RFQ issued under solicitation number S11-224.
