Additional Bidding Instructions

Washtenaw Community College is seeking competitive bids for the one-time purchase of the specified equipment.
All equipment must be in new condition and covered by manufacturer warranty. Used, reconditioned or refurbished equipment will not be considered or accepted. Brand name and model numbers have been provided, alternate or substitute equipment will not be considered or accepted.
Pricing must include all additional fees including those for exchangeable cylinders, core charges, recovery fees, environmental fees, etc.
The College would like to take delivery of these items no later than June 29, 2022. Responding vendors must provide an estimated lead time to delivery. The estimated lead time will be a considering factor in the award of this bid.
It is the College’s expectation that there will be no minimum order requirements. Any minimum order quantities, which the Vendor requires must be clearly stated in the quotation. If not stated in the quotation, it will be assumed that there is no minimum order quantity for any items.
Prices must include all shipping, handling, and delivery charges, Pre-Paid FOB: Washtenaw Community College.
