6514 - Live Work Learn Publication

Washtenaw Community College (“College” and/or “WCC”) is soliciting proposals for heat set web publication printing services and solutions. Heat set web printing is a mandatory requirement of this RFP. The goal of this RFP is to select a printer to advise on current process, print, and distribute the College’s Live, Work, Learn publication for an initial 1-year term beginning on the solicitation award notification date. Following the expiration of the initial term, the College reserves the right to renew with the awarded supplier up to four (4) additional 1-year terms, terminable for convenience by either party at any time with prior 60-day written notice. Each renewal term shall be capped at no more than 3% increase from the previous term. The selected supplier will be able to provide all deliverables outlined in the RFP.
