Washtenaw County Purchasing Division on behalf of the Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission (WCPARC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) # 8549 to construct approximately 1540’ linear feet of aggregate path and 240’ linear feet of boardwalk supported by helical piers at Highland Preserve in Ypsilanti Township. Work includes all clearing, earthwork, placement of aggregate, installation of reinforced concrete abutments, helical pier installation, boardwalk and railing construction, and site restoration and all related work as described in the plans and specifications. The contractor shall be responsible for site layout. The contractor shall supply, furnish, and install all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to construct the project in its entirety.
