8605 - GRANT SEEKING AND MANAGEMENT

Washtenaw County administration seeks a firm or individual to research, write, and edit grant proposals and funding opportunity applications from a variety of sources, including local, state, and federal government and philanthropic sources, for recommendation to the County Administrator.
Vendor would be responsible for leading all development activities for the entirety of grant submissions, from identification through preparation of proposal and application materials for Board of Commissioner approval. Vendors(s) will report to County Administrator and have a coordinating relationship with administrative leadership and county staff at all levels to coordinate grants.
