Washtenaw County seeks a consultant to develop a Facilities Master Plan (FMP) which will guide the future decisions of the organization regarding space, land, and facilities for the next 10 years. This request for proposal (RFP) is being put forth to identify a partner to create this plan for the County, at the direction of and with support of County staff. The FMP developed through this RFP will assist the County in addressing the following goals for Washtenaw County Facilities:
- Provide space suitable for all services provided by the County
- Right size space types, locations, and allocations
- Create an infrastructure which can be appropriately operated and maintained within existing budgets
