Description

The Village of Middleville wishes to create a new dog park near the community gardens and water tower, in the village-owned property at the end of Sherman St, close to Lee Elementary School.

The project is expected to need approximately 1,250 linear feet of fencing. Please provide your estimate with 5ft fencing, and an option with 4ft fencing. In addition, provide an estimate for four (4) 4ft-wide gates and two (2) 10-ft wide gates. These will create a double entrance into the park, plus an entrance each into the separate small/timid and large/aggressive dog areas. The 10-ft wide gates will serve for maintenance/mowing purposes.

Prospective Contractors wishing to submit proposals must submit one (1) original PDF document to provide the services described in Exhibit A - Scope of Work attached and incorporated into this RFP.

The due date for the Authority's receipt of the proposals responding to this RFP is Monday, September 13, 2021 at noon. RFPs should be submitted via email to UrquhartB@villageofmiddleville.org.

The Authority shall not be liable for any costs that a firm or individual may incur while preparing a proposal. The Authority shall not be liable for any costs that a firm or individual may incur prior to the complete execution of a contract. If the Authority enters into a contract, the Authority's consideration (payment) shall be limited to the term of the contract.
