2020-1 - Village of Lexington Boynton Street Drain Project

The Village owns a 42" I.D cement drain pipe which exits at the east end of Boynton St. and discharges inside the Lexington State Harbor area just north of the south break wall. Since the lake levels are changing the water is washing sand and gravel into the discharge area, covering up the pipe causing flow restrictions. The contractor selected will remedy the situation by cleaning out the area and installing an outlet riser to keep the water moving without ablity to clog with sand and debris.
