The Village of Lake Orion is seeking a qualified, experienced firm to provide a variety of planning services on an as-needed and/or requested basis. Proposals submitted for consideration shall include:
Provision of Services
* Review and written comment on plans for land development submitted by
outside developers. Such plans include site plans, site condo plans,
subdivision plats, special use approval plans, and planned unit
development plans.
Items to be reviewed and commented upon include site layout, placement of
structures, landscaping, and road/driveway & parking areas for conform- ance to Village standards and/or generally accepted planning standards.
* Attend Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meetings and/or meetings of other Village boards and commissions as requested.
* Provide on-site staff of up to eight hours per week.
* Represent Village in any litigation involving Village planning & zoning.
