Summary of Specifications:
The Village of Lake Orion is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional civil engineering, surveying, and consulting services on an as-needed basis. The services desired include bur are not limited to: civil engineering design; traffic engineering and analysis; landscape architecture; preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and bid documents; detailed studies on specific items; preparation of reports; land surveying services; and construction contract administration. Projects will involve local, state, and/or federal funding.
The Village will be considering up to three engineers of record.
