A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Ashton Park located at 1200 Wayne St, Traverse City, MI 49696 on May 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. All interested parties are
required to attend. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements of
the bid documents. Because the City of Traverse City considers the conference to be critical to understanding the bid requirements, attendance is mandatory in order to qualify
as a bidder. Minutes of the conference will/will not be published.

The City of Traverse City will receive sealed bids at the Office of the City Engineer, 2nd Floor, Governmental Center, 400 Boardman Avenue, Traverse City, Michigan, 49684,
Until 10:00 A.M on June 10, 2025 for the ASHTON PARK PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, located at 1200 Wayne Street.
Alternatively, emailed bids will be accepted. Please indicate in the subject line of your email that you are submitting a “Sealed Bid” together with the project description “ASHTON PARK
