The City of Traverse City will receive sealed bids at the Office of the City Engineer, 2nd Floor, Governmental Center, 400 Boardman Avenue, Traverse City, Michigan, 49684,
Until 10:00 A.M on February 4, 2026 for the 2026 Paving and Resurfacing, located on Monroe Street, Cass Street (between State Street and Front Street) and Ramsdell Pond.

Alternatively, emailed bids will be accepted. Please indicate in the subject line of your email that you are submitting a “Sealed Bid” together with the project description “2026 Paving and
Resurfacing” and submit your emailed bid to tcmanage@traversecitymi.gov before 10:00 A.M on February 4, 2026.
