attend. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements of the bid
documents. Because the City of Traverse City considers the conference to be critical to understanding the bid requirements, attendance is mandatory in order to qualify as a

The City of Traverse City will receive sealed bids at the Office of the City Engineer, 2nd Floor,
Governmental Center, 400 Boardman Avenue, Traverse City, Michigan, 49684, Until 2:00 p.m. on
December 12, 2025 for the City of Traverse City 120 and 122 West State Street, located at 120 and
122 West State Street.
Alternatively, emailed bids will be accepted. Please indicate in the subject line of your email that you are
submitting a “Sealed Bid” together with the project description “City of Traverse City 120 and 122 West
State Street” and submit your emailed bid to tcmanage@traversecitymi.gov before 2:00 P.M on
December 12, 2025.
