The scope of this project is for the interior renovations of Davidson Middle School Academy. The project includes installation of new flooring, paint, and lockers throughout the building and as indicated on attachment A.2 and A.3. Included in the attachment is building and material specifications for flooring, paint and lockers. The building is currently vacant and will allow for work to begin at any time. The intended turnover date is August 21st, 2025.
Project No. 1: Provide labor, materials, tools and equipment required to replace the Davidson Middle Academy flooring per the documents provided by in Attachment A.2 and A.3. The scope of work requires the removal (selective areas), prep and replacement of flooring and resilient base at miscellaneous classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, offices and corridors throughout the school as indicated on the project drawings. Transition strips painting and base in 13.
Project No. 2: Provide labor, materials, tools and equipment required to provide painting services at Davidson Middle Academy per the documents provided by in Attachment A.2. The scope of work requires the prep and painting of classroom, corridor, multi-purpose and offices walls, door frames, ceilings, and hollow metal doors as indicated on the project drawings.
Project No. 3: Provide labor, materials, tools and equipment required to provide locker installation services at Davidson Middle Academy per the documents provided by in Attachment A.2. The scope includes 150 double tiered lockers with 4” metal bases. The scope of work requires the supply, prep and installation of lockers throughout the building as indicated on the project drawings. Provide labor, materials and equipment, permitting and any other associated costs required for each scope of work that your firm intends on bidding on as noted in Attachment A.2 – Cost Proposal. Attend necessary meetings to coordinate and accomplish work.
