All solicitation information and documents shall be available to vendors in the MITN Purchasing Group at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/cityofgrandrapids

All products proposed shall be (WQA) Water Quality Association and (NSF) National Science Foundation certified. Bidder shall provide all specifications/certification information proposed for products.

The City estimate ordering 6,000 water pitchers, as well as 6,000 3-pack lead reduction filters over the course of 1-year. The city desires that two orders shall be placed in the life of this contract; First purchase of 3,000 pitchers and filters shall occur within 30 days of contract execution; the second purchase of 3,000 pitchers and filters shall be placed on or before April 1, 2025.
