The Contractor will provide video inspection, sewer line cleaning and catastrophe cleaning services at
various Washtenaw County sites, including all labor, materials, equipment and supervision
necessary as directed by Washtenaw County.
1. Washtenaw County has the need for video inspection, sewer line cleaning services, sewer
repair services and catastrophic clean up due to breaks or flooding to be performed at
various Washtenaw County buildings. The contractor must be able to respond with onsite
service technician 24x7x365. Service tech must be onsite within 2-3 hours of original
service call. An afterhours answering service contact must be provided.
2. The Contractor will be contacted and provided a drawing showing the requested work or
met at the site by a Facilities staff to discuss the project. The Contractor is to provide a
written estimate for the project, and when accepted, to perform the work in a timely
manner.
3. The Contractor will be expected to fully complete the attached price breakdown on the
price sheet. These are examples of work typically required of the Contractor. A project
may include one or more of these items.
