Foundation
Remove and replace south foundation wall, including damp-proofing materials on existing dwelling. If foundation drain tile is installed, verify location of discharge water before covering.
When replacing foundation wall, vents shall either be installed where they are currently located or to current code requirements, whichever is greater.
When replacing south foundation wall, leave room for and install lockable access door that can be used as means of access to the structure’s crawlspace.
