On behalf of the City of Detroit, DESC is seeking non-profit organizations to provide safe, accessible place to stay for those experiencing homelessness and to move them towards stable permanent housing. This RFP is seeking to find new shelter beds for single adults for a 6-month period, with the option to extend dependent upon funding. New shelter beds are defined as not currently being under an existing contract with other federal, state, or local entity for anytime from April 1st through December 31st, 2024.
