Contractor proposal shall consist of furnishing all supplies, materials, equipment for use in a proper effective treatment/application, and supervision necessary for performing all operations in connection with the chemical application of target aquatic plants/weed and algae. Target vegetation shall include the control of the following plants: Curly-Leaf Pondweed, Eurasian and or Hybrid Water Milfoil, Coontail, Water Lily, Eel Grass, and various forms of Algae. Emergent Aquatic Vegetation such as varying forms of Cattail, Bulrush, Phragmites, Purple Loosestrife, and various forms of Rush are not included are not to being addressed in this proposal.
