Description

Livingston County, on behalf of the Livingston County Courts is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors to provide supervised Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Services for Justice Involved Adult Participants in Livingston County and its surrounding area as ordered by the Court. This solicitation may result in a multiple contract award. It is anticipated that services will commence upon award through September 30, 2018 with the option to renew for (2) additional one-year periods for a total contract period not to exceed three (3) years.

Residential Substance Abuse Program
The residential substance abuse program provides medical and other services for the treatment of substance-related disorders to live-in residents of a licensed facility that is legally constituted and operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This program provides sub-acute detoxification, if necessary, and rehabilitation services for eligible members. The member must have a clearly documented history of excessive use of alcohol or other psychoactive substances.
