Information should include the vendor's qualifications for setting up and hosting GIS websites, what software will be utilized, expected timetables for setup, testing, training, and go lived based in weeks for start of project. Also include expected costs of setup and monthly ongoing costs for hosting. All documents should be submitted in an envelope clearly marked as “GIS RFI Response” and sent to David Holcomb, Technology Department, County of Hillsdale, 29 N Howell St, Hillsdale, MI 49242-1649 or emailed to bids@co.hillsdale.mi.us as a PDF.
