The City of Port Huron (City) is currently accepting proposals from qualified firms for professional testing services on an “as-needed” basis, including density testing, concrete and asphalt testing, soil borings, and pavement corings. The materials to be tested shall primarily include, but not be limited to, concrete (Portland Cement & Hot Mix Asphalt), soils and aggregates.
