ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Portable Toilet Rental 4-year contract
(2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)
The City of Livonia Michigan will receive sealed bids VIA THE MITN WEBSITE ONLY (WWW.MITN.INFO) according the scope of work herein until 2:00 p.m., on AUGUST 11,2020. PHYSICAL BID SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. There will be no public bid opening for this solicitation due to COVID-19 precautions being taken. At the due date and time the City Clerk’s Office and the Purchasing Manager will record the pricing for items received and post UNOFFICIAL bid results (pricing as read/recorded from bid submissions) on the MITN websites. UNOFFICIAL bid results do not reflect evaluation and award of bids. The successful bidder will be notified upon contract award by City Council. No vendor shall commence work until official notice of award and notice to proceed is received.
The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following:
Rental and service of approximately 129 Portable Toilets and 12 Handwash Stations for City of Livonia locations and special events for years 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
