Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the City of Warren, Michigan, Public Library to invite sealed competitive bids for a one year magazine subscription contract commencing in January 1st, 2018. Periodical titles listed in this specification shall be shipped to each of four (4) job sites separately.
