Livingston County, on behalf of the Livingston County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), is requesting proposals from vendors qualified to provide PARENT COACH SERVICES which will satisfy the requirements described in this RFP. This contract will be for a three (3) year period with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods. The total contract period will not exceed five (5) years.
