This project will include pavement removal, new pavement and milling of an existing asphalt municipal parking lot on th east side of N. Old Woodward between Harmon Street and Oak Avenue. Approximate quantities include 4,500 square yards of cold milling, 1,000 square yards of pavement removal, 875 tons of asphalt pavment, 1,600 square feet of 4” raised sidewalk, 750 square feet of 4” plain sidewalk, 500 linear feet of concrete curbing, 300 linear feet of Bio-swale and associated plantings, tree removal and planting and a landscaping feature at the rivers edge to include flagstone and ledge rock, plus other work to make a complete project.
