The services requested by the contractor shall be on-going and throughout the length of the maintenance contract. It shall be done in accordance with the latest industry standards for landscape maintenance and shall adhere to all safety and regulatory standards set forth for the same.
The scope of work includes all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, facilities, transportation and services necessary for and incidental to performing all operations in connection with the ongoing maintenance of the Orchard Lake Boulevard Streetscape and Maple/Middlebelt Roundabout, encompassing all items as specified herein.
