Summary of Specifications:
Sealed Bids for the Newspaper Publication of Official and Legal Notices for The City of Warren are being accepted. Bids for Primary Publisher will be accepted only from newspapers of general circulation in the City of Warren who are qualified to publish legal notices under the laws of the State of Michigan. Bids for Secondary publishers will be accepted only from newspapers of general circulation in the specified area who are qualified to publish legal notices under the laws of the State of Michigan. The term is for a two-year period with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods through mutual consent of both parties, at same terms and conditions.
