This request for qualifications and proposals is for Bond Counsel, or qualified law firms (Respondents) to represent and advise the City of Center Line (City) on future debt issuances and preparation of any and all legal documents necessary to effectuate bond issuances. The City has been awarded a Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan by the State of Michigan. At this time, the City is estimating a 20-year loan in the amount of $300,000.00.
