RFP 2024-02 - M-36 Corridor Improvement Plan

The City of Mason is looking for a qualified team to prepare a corridor improvement plan for a 1.3-mile section of the M-36 corridor. Our primary objective for the M-36 Corridor Improvement Plan (M-36 Plan) is to create a welcoming gateway into Mason consistent with the community’s vision expressed in the 20-Year Master Plan, the Five-year Parks, Recreation, and Non-Motorized Plan, and Capital Improvement Program. This includes improvements within the MDOT right of way for wayfinding, motorized and non-motorized infrastructure and amenities, and recommendations for potential changes to zoning including overlay districts.
