Description

It is the intent of OCHN to secure a contract for professional grounds maintenance to include landscaping and snow plowing / deicing services at its Troy location as detailed in the RFP document. The successful Contractor shall be required to provide quality service within industry standards and minimal service call backs.

Landscaping services shall be performed between April 1st and November 30th.
Snow and deicing services shall be performed between October 1st and April 30th.
