Due to Governor Whitmer’s “stay home-stay safe” executive order this bid will be adjusted to allow for opening during this time. Bid response forms should be submitted by email only to both purchasing@midland-mi.org and dkeenan@midland-mi.org as an attachment. Email subject line should read “BID 4091 – ROTARY SCREW OIL FREE AIR COMPRESSORS”. Physical bids will not be accepted. After email submission bidder will receive a confirmation email indicating receipt of the submission. Bid attachments will not be opened until 2:00 pm on Tuesday April 7, 2020 via a phone conference call (989) 837- 5750 pin 8851 to meet public opening requirement. Attendance to the call is not a requirement of the bid but is offered if bidders want to listen to the opening. Bid tabulation will be compiled and emailed to those who submitted a bid by the 1:00 PM deadline as soon as it becomes available.
