Ottawa County, on behalf of the Innovation and Technology Department, is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified companies to provide staff augmentation of service desk and desktop support, network support, server support, database support, enterprise application administration, application/hardware monitoring, data backup, website maintenance, inventory control, security, PMO, and disaster recovery support. Additionally, the selected vendor may be requested to provide training, network cabling, and help desk/service desk options.
